It is a pleasure with Less Taxi excellent services. We did a tour of Sri Lanka with Austin, our driver, who is knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. The Less Taxi staff, Vibishan, is also very prompt in providing and tailoring to our needs with excellent customer services. He also kept in touch with us through out our jouney to see that we are safe and reached our destinations. The vehicle provided for our tour is clean and as new. We booked a package tour with Less Taxi, travelling from Bandaranaike International airport to Anuradhapura to see Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi, to the Lion Rock, to Kandy to visit the Dālada Maligawa (the Temple of the Tooth Museum), climbing Adam's peak, finally back to Bandaranaike. The whole journey was pleasant. Many thanks to everyone in Less Taxi who helped us, especially the driver Chandana. he is a nice and friendly guy. He took us to local people's house. They offered us wood apple juice which was delicious, it is an unforgettable experience. We would like specifically thank him for his accuracy on time, flexible on our tour and took us get free drink and ice cream on Pots day, which is impressive.

I have used less taxi multiple times on my trip. They were extremely professional, the drivers were sweet and accomodating, the cars are well maintained. We would book a taxi at 8 PM in the night for an early morning 4 AM taxi and we'd still be able to get one and at a very decent price. I would recommend less taxi to anyone looking for a taxi ride in srilanka! Absolutely the best experience.

At the end of March 2025, we booked round-trip transfers with LessTaxi from the airport to Weligama and back. It was our first time in Sri Lanka, and we had no idea how to get from Colombo Airport to Weligama.
At first, we were a bit nervous about booking a transfer via WhatsApp, but LessTaxi provided excellent service.
Everything was perfectly organized: airport pickup, timely car arrival. We had a great driver who even helped us find our villa in Weligama. On the way back, the driver arrived early, waited for us, and took us to the airport quickly and comfortably.
